Riverside School is a place where staff are highly valued and where continuing professional development is a high priority.   Each member of staff has a Professional Development Plan which also links to our School Development Plan.

Staff wellbeing is extremely important and we offer a number of benefits to our staff including an employee assistance programme, a Staffmatters series of information leaflets, wellbeing sessions and an annual conference.
