Research & Development

At Riverside School we undertand the importance of partnership and multi disciplinary working. Special education is still in its infancy relative to education generally. There is no limit to how we can grow and what we can achieve with strong partnership working between health, education and social services.

The school has strong international links with the USA, New Zealand, Falkland Islands, Hong Kong, Canada, Belgium, Slovenia and Italy.

Riverside School will continue the strong tradition of promoting research and development, drawing on and contributing to academic papers and books on teaching children with special needs.

Am an English Second Language lecturer. Was just browsing for ELLiE, the European Primary Languages Evaluation Project and I came across your ELLIE project. I like your ppt presentation of the project. More schools should do things like this; it isn't really very expensive. Good luck!
